We wish to inform you that Italy's law by Decree D.lgs. no. 196 dated June 30th 2003 (“Code regarding the protection of personal data”) provides for the protection of the persons or other subjects regarding the treatment of personal data. According to the above-mentioned code, said treatment will be marked by the principles of correctness, legitimacy, transparency and tutelage of Your privacy and Your rights.
Therefore, according to the article 13 of the Law by Decree D.lgs. no. 196/2003, we provide You with the following informations:
1.The data You will provide us with will be treated for the following purposes: management and execution of the supplying contract You signed; organization, management and execution of the services' supply even through the communication of said data to our provider (third party); compliance with the provisions of the law or other such obligations requested by the competent Authorities.
2.The treatment will be executed under the following conditions: utilization of computerized/manual instruments.
3.The bestowal of said data is obligatory in order to evaluate Your request while Your refusal to provide us with said data might cause the failure on our part to satisfy Your request.
4.With the exception of all that is strictly necessary to the correct execution of the supplying contract, the data in question won't be transmitted to other subjects, nor will they be the object of diffusion without Your explicit authorization.
The regular holder of the treatment is '.STORE_NAME_ADDRESS.', to whom you can apply in order to assert Your rights as per the article no. 7 of Italy's Law by Decree no. 196/2003 which reads in full as follows:
Article 7 (Right to the access to personal data and other rights)
1. The interested subject has the right to obtain the confirmation or the denial of the existence of personal data regarding him/her, even though said data have not yet been registered, as well as their communication in a readable form.
2. The interested subject has the right to be informed about
a) the origins of his/her personal data;
b) the purposes and formalities of the treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment executed with the use of electronic instruments;
d) the identification data of the owner, managers and legal representative according to the article 5, clause 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects whom the data might be forwarded to or might be informed about in their capacity of legal representatives in the territory of the State, of public officials and officers.
3. The interested subject has the right to obtain:
a) the update, the correction or, if interested, the integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, the transformation into an anonymous form or the veto on the diffusion of the data treated in violation of the law, including those whose conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which said data have been collected or subsequently treated;
c) the attestation that the operations described in the sections a) and b) are within the cognizance, also as regards to their content, of those the data have been transmitted or divulged to, except when such an undertaking turns out to be impossible or requires a plainly out of proportion investment of resources with the right under tutelage.
4. The interested subject has the right to oppose, totally or in part:
a) out of legitimate reasons the treatment of all personal data concerning him/her, even if pertaining to the purpose of their collection;
b) the treatment of his/her personal data in order to send advertising material or for the purpose of direct sale or the accomplishment of market researches or commercial communication.
Legal formula of consent
Once the above-mentioned informations have been acquired, according to the article 13 of the Law by Decree D.l.gs 196/2003, the consumer declares to consent to the treatment of the data provided as described above.');
