All the orders addressed to Comics e Dintorni S.r.l. must be intended as a request of
availability of particular items and not as a contract of sorts, or the like, for the
customers.
Owing to possible differences between our list of items in stock and the online
database for our e-commerce, some titles featured online could actually be out of
stock (either at present or totally sold out) while other books, listed as sold out could
become available again.
Warning: The phrase “The products marked with *** could be available only in a
limited quantity. You can order said products anyway, you will be informed about
their actual availability for immediate shipping with an additional email following the
one verifying your order” is applied automatically to all the items with 0 quantity and
doesn't keep you from continuing your order.
Once the procedure is completed you will receive two emails.
The first one is sent automatically as a reply to the email the customer has registered
to Comics e Dintorni S.r.l., and will read as “Verifica Ordine” (Order Check)
summing up the order you just placed.
The second one will read as “Conferma Disponibilità” (Confirmation of Availability)
or “Disponibilità parziale” (Partial Availability) or “Indisponibilità” (Unavailable)
and confirm the availability, if and when a particular out of stock item is going to be
available again or the definitive unavailability of a sold out item you ordered.
Each payment will have to be issued only after your reception of our “Conferma
Disponibilità” (Confirmation of Availability) email which will provide the customer
with the total amount due including shipping costs, calculated on the total weight and
the best possible rate for said shipments, as well as our Bank infos in order to issue
the payment.
Payments will have to be issued within 15 days beginning from the date of your
reception of our “Conferma Disponibilità” (Confirmation of Availability) email, after
said term has expired the order will be considered as invalid.
The supplying contract will be considered closed after we will have confirmation of
your payment with the relative invoice.
Shipments will be issued within 48 working hours from the reception of said
payment.
The only form of payment accepted for purchases made by people living outside
of Italy is Bank Transfer.
